RAVN Intelligence ("Company", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the RAVN Intelligence Platform ("Platform").

• Organization or campaign affiliation (if provided)
• Role selection made during onboarding
• Authentication credentials (stored as cryptographic hashes)

Usage Data

• Features accessed and navigation patterns

• Device type, browser, and operating system
• IP address (used for security and fraud prevention)

Intelligence Queries

• Search terms and research targets you enter into the Platform
• Reports and analyses generated on your behalf
• Watchlist entities and alert configurations

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To authenticate your account, process queries, and deliver intelligence outputs.
• Platform Improvement: To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve features, performance, and reliability.
• Security: To detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, and abuse.
• Communications: To send transactional messages (e.g., account alerts, password resets) and, with your consent, platform updates.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services to deliver its functionality. Each service has its own privacy practices:

5. SECURITY

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3
• Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption
• Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes — we never store plaintext credentials
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication
• Security logs are monitored continuously for anomalous access patterns

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format for transfer to another service.
• Restriction: Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
• Opt-out: Unsubscribe from non-transactional communications at any time.

7. POLITICAL DATA

Your intelligence queries, research targets, and report outputs are treated as confidential to your account. This data is not used to build profiles for advertising, is not shared with political committees or affiliated organizations, and is not used to infer or record your own political affiliation or beliefs.

Aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (e.g., which platform features are used) may be used internally to improve the Platform. No individual-level political research data is included in such statistics.
